Shipping your order
Packages are generally prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving payment.
Depending on the product, they are shipped via Mondial Relay and Colissimo (for pillows) with a tracking number and delivered without requiring a signature. Packages can also be shipped via our private carrier and delivered with signature confirmation. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online or inform you of a delivery date for large orders shipped by carrier.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order.
