1. Preamble / Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website deloison-matelas.com (hereinafter "the Website") by a buyer (hereinafter "the Customer"), whether a consumer or a professional, for the purchase of mattresses and/or pillows (hereinafter "the Products").
The Customer's validation of the order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products
The essential characteristics of the Products (mattresses, pillows) — dimensions, description, composition, price, and any variations — are presented on the Website. The Customer is required to review this information before placing an order.
4. Prices
4.1 Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) for individuals and exclusive of taxes (VAT excluded) for business customers, excluding delivery charges.
4.2 The total amount due by the Customer corresponds to the price of the Products + delivery charges, according to the terms defined in the "Delivery" section.
4.3 Prices are valid as long as the Products remain visible on the Website, subject to availability.
5. Payment
The Customer may pay for their order using the following methods:
- Credit card (via Stripe and/or Alma)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The bank account or payment interface will be debited once the order is confirmed. Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed once payment is received.
6. Delivery
Delivery methods vary depending on the type of product ordered:
- For pillows: delivery available in France and Belgium, via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
- For mattresses: delivery via private carrier; address and delivery costs will be indicated at the time of ordering.
The Customer agrees to provide a complete and correct delivery address (name, street, number, postal code, city, country, contact information for intercom or access). In the event of an error in the contact information, the Customer may be responsible for any additional costs or consequences.
The delivery time or estimated delivery time will be specified on the Website or during the ordering process.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns / Refunds
In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the Products. The Customer may return the Products (pillows or mattresses) at their own expense, provided that the Products are in new condition, in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
The refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and verification of the returned Products, excluding any return shipping costs. The initial shipping costs (outbound delivery) are only refundable if the return is due to an error by the Seller (defective product, order error, etc.).
Before returning any item, the Customer must contact customer service via the contact email to obtain return authorization and instructions (return address, recommended shipping method).
8. Legal Guarantee and Conformity / Latent Defects
The Seller undertakes to comply with the obligations arising from the legal guarantees of conformity and against latent defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. If a delivered Product proves to be non-compliant or defective, the Customer must inform the Seller as soon as possible and may request a replacement or refund.
9. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
Ownership of the Products is transferred to the Customer upon full payment of the price. However, the risks associated with the Products (loss, theft, damage) are transferred as soon as the Product is handed over to the carrier for delivery.
10. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions / Contractual Form
These Terms and Conditions must be expressly accepted by the Customer before order confirmation, by checking the box that is not pre-checked during the order process.
An order summary, including details of the Products, the total price, delivery charges, and a link to the Terms and Conditions, must be sent to the Customer by email after the order is placed.
11. Personal Data / Confidentiality
The data collected during the ordering process (identity, address, delivery details, payment) is necessary for order processing and delivery. This data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (including the GDPR) and will only be used for these purposes.
12. Liability / Force Majeure

14. Disputes – Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact customer service to attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where the Seller's registered office is located, unless otherwise required by law.
